ACE PLEX: It is a prime quality WBP marine Film-Faced (on both sides) plywood of 18mm thickness made from fresh combination core of quality Poplar as well as Pine wood. If properly handled and used these may be effectively reused 5 to 6 times (cycles) at the construction sites aiding in significant cost reduction for the customer over time.
Also, there are products of even more superior quality with enduring hardness – like PVC-coated Green Plywood and hardcore Film-Faced WBP marine plywoods (also of 18mm thickness) – which provide better value for cost. These may be used as many as 12 to 15 times (cycles) for shuttering and formwork purposes in the construction.
COMMERCIAL PLYWOODS: With regard to commercial plywoods devoid of laminated surface, which are used extensively in the furniture and fit-out industry – our products are available in different thicknesses ranging from 4mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm to 18mm in the form of rectangular boards with Length x Breadth dimensions – 4 ft x 8ft – to meet commercial industry requirements.
